As part of the Sophia Antipolis agglomeration, the site is located on a hill near the town of Valbonne, surrounded by woods. From here, views open up to the French Maritime Alps and to Antibes with the Mediterranean.

The master plan includes a mix use scheme. While offices are planned for the upper area, apartments are to be built on the southern slope. The office areas are laid out as a campus in pavilion-like volumes between generous vegetation and public space. They provide flexible space for growing start-ups and larger clients already established in Sophia. 

The combination of working, living, sports facilities, childcare and cultural events is intended to open up new paths in the traditional office landscape of Sophia Antipolis. The campus is also intended to be an example of careful integration into the landscape and meet the highest energy standards.
