2020-2023

An international and famous tech company expanded its portfolio in the center of Paris by a Haussmannian building, with a classical forecourt and a protected park-like garden. The renovation aimed to combine the classical charm of the building with an attractive working environment and company’s identity. 

The focus was on natural lighting, spacious communal areas and conference rooms as well as a sustainable overall concept. The main façade is part of the protected perimeter and was only selectively modified to comply with the new regulations. The ceiling heights were significantly increased thanks to a central technical concept and access to the garden is possible from different levels. The building was awarded Leed Platinum certification and is a trendsetter within the client's real estate portfolio and its CO2 neutrality goals.
